Vision Dynamics consists of a group of highly innovative companies comprising entrepreneurial engineers. Each company has its own unique field of expertise and acts as an independent entity within the Vision Dynamics group, with the advantage of close support from experienced mentors/coaches and the other cells with their specific field of expertise.  The business activities of Vision Dynamics consist of three main activities:

• low-priced flex-pooling of young professionals
• contract research for customers
• commercializing innovation through creating incubator spin-offs.

By keeping overhead costs to a minimum (no traditional management structure, no HRM-, sales-, financial, and other, managers), the first two activities provide for the means and support for creative entrepeneurial engineers to explore, develop and translate their own innovative ideas into their own incubator spin-off. Entrepeneurial engineers who often lack the knowledge of the business aspects of entrepeneurship can rely on the expertise and experience present within Vision Dynamics and are trained within an “individual help”-program, i.e., a custom MBA-program for entrepreneurs.
