Introduction

About Vision Dynamics

Following 22 years corporate and interim management life, in 2004, Hugo de Haan found a bigger goal in life than corporate high tech management. He founded Vision Dynamics to help bring the best out of physics engineers of BSc, MSc and PhD level. It provides a learning opportunity for them without overhead personnel who often make work less fun. An engineer’s only entrepreneurship school where you get paid to learn, earn and “burn” the money earned in start-up’s.

Talent development and coaching to commercialize physics innovation plays a central role in the business model of Vision Dynamics. In the new product development process, a corporate venture partner is often closely involved. Within 11 years from the founding of Vision Dynamics 110 employees, internals and 40 externals experienced entrepreneurship.

The Vision Dynamics Group today focuses on physic-startups and OEM’s, with respect to application discovery and customer development.
